Man tasered while ‘violently’ resisting arrest
Police used a taser to subdue a 50-year-old male suspect who allegedly pulled a knife while “violently” resisting arrest, the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service said in a news release.
The struggle broke out after officers were alerted to the presence of a stolen car and a man wanted in connection with the theft of the vehicle, as well as in relation to another matter, in the Belford Estates area of Bodden Town.
