Visiting UK minister tours Parliament

During his first official visit to the Cayman Islands, Stephen Doughty, the UK minister of state for Europe, North America and the Overseas Territories in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office stopped by Parliament on 22 Sept.

Accompanied by Governor Jane Owen, Doughty, who was in Cayman from 21-23 Sept., was received by Speaker Ezzard Miller, Deputy Clerk Twila Escalante and Deputy Chief Officer Melissa Ebanks, and then given a tour of the chamber by Serjeant-at-Arms Kim Evans.
