Align adds licensed naturopath to its team
Align has expanded its holistic service with the addition of licensed naturopath Agnieszka (Aggie) Kotzé, effective 3 Oct.
With this addition, Align now offers the most comprehensive range of naturopathic therapies on the island, with Kotzé the Cayman Islands’ only licensed naturopathic doctor, according to the Cayman Islands Council for Professions Allied with Medicine.
Naturopathy is a 150-year-old practice that takes a whole-person approach to health by addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of well-being. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, it seeks to identify and treat the root causes of illness by combining evidence-based science with holistic therapies such as nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy and lifestyle counselling.
