From humble beginnings cooking ordered meals in his parents’ South Sound kitchen, Sean Collins has succeeded in growing a community focused, 100% Caymanian-owned business.
Mise en Place benefits families, school children and Cayman’s workforce through nutritious, easily accessible, locally produced products and meals.
Sean first launched Mise en Place in 2002, offering high quality catering services. What followed was two decades of expansion and diversification into six sister companies, all while retaining the community mindset upon which Mise en Place was first created.
