Extended liquor licensing hours for holiday season
Revellers will have more time to toast the season after the Liquor Licensing Boards for Grand Cayman and the Sister Islands approved the extension of opening hours for liquor stores, bars, restaurants and hotels over the holidays.
Liquor stores are being granted a one-hour extension for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. This means that on Grand Cayman, liquor stores will be allowed to sell alcohol up until 11pm on both nights, while stores in the Sister Islands can be open until 9pm.
