Golf Classic to fund Special Olympics programmes
Special Olympics Cayman Islands is set to host its largest annual fundraiser – the Golf Classic – on 23 Jan. at the North Sound Golf Club.
The event, now entering its 15th year, has raised approximately $700,000, a sum that has paved the way for numerous athletes to represent Cayman on the world stage in cities ranging from Athens, Los Angeles, Abu Dhabi and Berlin as well as the World Aquatics competition in Puerto Rico.
