Investigation under way into blocked beach access at Prospect Point
A blocked public beach access on Prospect Point Road has generated a heated response from local residents, some of whom are calling for action from the government to address the issue.
A Facebook video of the blocked access posted on 22 January by Rita Estevanovich, shows artist and teacher Lorna Bush trying to access the beach through the public right of way and it is blocked by construction materials, a tree and a fence.
