Police investigating latest in string of robberies
Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Burger King on North Church Street restaurant late Friday night.
Officers responded shortly before 10pm on 6 March following reports that two masked men had entered the waterfront restaurant, which is located just north of Arthur’s Way.
Police said one of the suspects was brandishing a firearm while the other carried a knife. The men reportedly went behind the counter, confronted an employee and stole two cellphones before fleeing the scene on bicycles in the direction of Cruz Lane.
