Camana Bay’s 10-storey commercial building, 60 Nexus Way, has received a sustainability rating of LEED® Silver certification.
LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council and is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Through design, construction and operational practices that support environmental and human health, LEED-certified buildings enable occupants to operate responsibly and provide healthier, more comfortable spaces for the people who live and work in them.
