Beyond the Cycle event to tackle taboos over women’s health

The Cayman Islands is set to mark the global campaign aimed at breaking down taboos about women’s health through a free, day-long event, ‘Beyond the Cycle’, scheduled for Saturday, 30 May at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman.

Organised by the charitable group National Children’s Voluntary Organisation, the event is timed to coincide with Menstrual Hygiene Day, which aims to end the stigma around periods and ensure that women and girls can access products, period education and menstrual health services.
