Festive sights and smells at The Ritz-Carlton’s edible gingerbread house

Children and adults alike were treated to the sights, sounds and tastes of Christmas this week as The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman unveiled its full-sized gingerbread house in the lobby of the luxury hotel.

The fully edible construction, built to resemble a traditional Caymanian cottage, was constructed entirely from scratch and took executive pastry chef Camilla Testa and her international team more than 1,000 hours to complete. For a more complete summary of the story, please see the below link:
