Repairs begin for public dock destroyed in a storm in 2021
Work has commenced on the dock in Morgan’s Harbour, West Bay, which has been damaged and unusable since Tropical Storm Grace passed the Cayman Islands on 17-18 Aug. 2021.
“It is unsightly and doesn’t fit with the reputation of the Cayman Islands as an up-market destination, so we are grateful that the public dock is being fixed,” said Ron Hargrave, owner of the nearby Tukka West restaurant. “I know the boaters who will use it again are grateful, too.” For a more complete summary of the story, please see the below link:
